LMCD Code Section 3.02, Subdivision 9 is amended <br />to read as follows: <br />Subd. 9. Shoreline Requirements. <br />ai General Rule. No new decks or mooring areas <br />ethershall be constructed or <br />established which provide space for or are used for <br />mooring or docking a greater number of watercraft than <br />one for each 50 feet of continuous shoreline in exis- <br />tence on May 3, 1978 unless authorized to do so by <br />pecial density ermit pursuant to Section 3,081.
