Thev are all in the <br />C ystal Bay sewer project. <br />Maybell Rohls, 1224 Briar Street <br />Rohls is a single person and qualifies under the i.icome <br />q..i de 1 i nes. <br />Mrs. tren, Voytcke, 2159 Prospect Avenue <br />Mrs. Voytcke is single and qualifies under the income quidelines. <br />Mr. Lawrence Symoniak, 1155 Brown Road South <br />Mr. Symoniak i= married and qualifies under t . income <br />quidelines. <br />Attached is a Resolution for each applicant and copifi of <br />resolutions 11091 and i1779. <br />There ara also two residents who qualified for the Senior <br />Citiz ns Deferral in the west Ferndale and Minnetonka Bluffs <br />sewer projects that are in the process of reapplying for <br />deferment that will be brought to a future Council meeting. <br />
