City of oR,olvo <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. <br />6. Owner of Lot 4 must grant an access easement in favor of <br />Lot 3. <br />7. The aforesaid plat shall be filed by the City of Orono <br />with the Hennepin County Recorder's office on or before <br />August 10, 1986 together with a certified original copy of <br />his Resolution and executed copies of the easements and <br />ovenants described above. <br />The approval granted by this Resolution shall expire if <br />the plat has not been f i led by the date specified above.
