1ty of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO, <br />A RESOLUTION "PROVING THE. PLAT OF <br />PHILLIPS' WOODLAND TERRACE <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation <br />ccganized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has <br />adopte6i subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and <br />safe development of land within the City; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the <br />application for a subdivisicn by Paul R. Phillips, the <br />subdi viler; and <br />WHEREAS, the subdivision has been found to meet all <br />standards of the RR-1B zoning district findi.t:g that each lot is <br />of a size and configuration that will allow its use as a single <br />family residence to be fully developed without the need of any <br />variances, and <br />WHEREAS, the subdivider has completed all requirements <br />of the platting regulations of the City, including: <br />1. Dedication on the plat of drainage and utility <br />easement. <br />7. Dedication on the plat of right-of-way for a public road <br />shown as county Road No. 6. <br />�. Creation of a new private road within the City of Orono <br />shown on the plat as Outlot B. <br />4. Concurrent with the creation of this private: road, the <br />.subdivider has dedicated to the City a Read and Utilities <br />Easement granting to the City permanent access, improvement <br />and utility easements over said Outlot; the Subdivider has <br />creP'-d non-exclusive ingress, egress, drainage and utility <br />eas is over said Outlot in favor of all abutting and/or <br />bet ;ing lots including a declaration of certain <br />ma nance covenants wherein etsch of the abutting and/or <br />ben` , i t i nq 1 ct owners cove is and agrees to permanently <br />maintain and Cray the cost maintenance for said private <br />road. <br />Page I of <br />
