Gaffron, Assistant Zon:nq Administrator. <br />Date: January 27, 1986 <br />Subject: #935 Wayzata Country Clun, Conditional Use Permit <br />Proposed Motion: <br />To grant conceptual approval to Wayzata Country Club for <br />various earth -moving projects per the following conditions and <br />direction to staff: <br />1. Approval of the immediately pending reconstruction of <br />the bunkers on hole #8 by adding approximately 1000 cubic <br />yards of fill. <br />2. Approval of the exter.tion of tee #17 by adding approxi.- <br />matel_y 370 cubic yards of fill, such project expected to <br />commence in the fall of 1986. <br />3. The two projects proposed in items 1 and 2 above may <br />commence immediately but not until the applicant has ob- <br />tained a grading, excavation, and filling permit per the <br />current fee schedule for calendar year 1986. <br />4. The proposed dredging of the pond on hole #F is specifi- <br />cally not approved and shall be subject to a separate <br />conditional use permit application and review by the City <br />Engineer, staff, Planning Commission and Council. <br />5. City staff is directed to review with the applicant and <br />the City Engineer all proposed and completed projects as <br />shown on the sub:nitt.ed landscaping and improvement plan, and <br />shall present Council with recommendations for the <br />disposition of each project and shall draft a conditional <br />use permit incorporating such recommendations and findings <br />as may be appropriat.e,for review by Counci 1 at *` regular <br />Council meeting of February 24, 1986. <br />
