Also recommended a yearly staff <br />review of your proposed projects, with any items requiring a land use <br />application to be brought to Planning Commission and Council prior to <br />construction. Because a separate Conditional Use Permit is normally <br />required for each project involving more than 100 cubic yards of fill <br />or removal, perhaps we should meet to go over each specific project <br />with the City Engineer to determine whether further information is <br />required. It would seem that you would not have to appear before the <br />Planning Commission and Council in the future if we can do thorough <br />review on each project at. this time.
