Staff would recommend approval of the project to add +/- 1000 <br />cubic yards of fill to rebuild the bunkers on hole #8; and would <br />recommend approval of the project to extend tee #17 by adding +/- 370 <br />cubic yards of fill. <br />2. Staff would recommend that the proposal to dredge a designated <br />wetland be referred to Planning Commission and be the subject of a <br />separate conditional use permit. application. <br />3. Staff would recommend that Wayzata Country Club be reminded of the <br />ne<<d for a conditional use permit for the proposed shelter building. <br />4. Staff would recommend that a thorough review of all. remaining <br />projects in the landscape plan be completed as soon as possible, and <br />that Council adopt a formal policy on future grading projects by <br />Wayzata country Club and other clubs in the City where earth -moving is <br />a regular occurrance. <br />5. City Engineer to review the pond on #5 fairway which was excavated <br />in 1985. <br />
