Motion, Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />PARK COMMISSION COMâ–º ?NTS <br />There were no comments from the Park Commission at this <br />time. <br />LAKE MINNETONKA CONSERVATION ;DISTRICT REPORT - <br />RESIDENTIAL DOCK LIMITATIONS* <br />It was moved by Mayor Butler, secor;duci by Councilmember <br />Adams, to accept the information provided by staff <br />regarding LMCI`'s amended ordinance on residential dock <br />limitations. Motion, Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS <br />There were no comments from the public at this time. <br />ZONING ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT: <br />BUILDING i ZONING DEPARTMENT ANNUAL REPORT - 1985 <br />Zoning Administrator Mabusth reviewed the Building 6 <br />Zoning Department's 1985 Annual report with the Council. <br />#935 WAYZATA COUNTRY CLUB <br />200 WAYZATA BOULEVARD WEST <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />City Administrator Bernhardson explained the request for <br />an after -the -fact conditional. use permit for creation of <br />a pond and conditional use permit for proposed work to <br />be done in 1986. <br />Assistant. Zoning Administrator Gaffron reviewed, per his <br />memo dated January 23, 1986, the series of events since <br />1981 that led the Wayzata Country Club's Grounds <br />Superintendant to believe that grading/excavating <br />projects did not require City approval.. He reviewed <br />staff's recommendations regarding various earth moving <br />projects. <br />2 <br />
