11686.1 <br />COUNCIL MEETING <br />JAN 27 1986 <br />TO: Mayor and city council OF ORONO <br />FROM: Mark Bernhar� >n, City AdministratTX <br />DATE: January 16, 1986 <br />SUBJECT: Lou Fegers Letter - Re: 3580 North Shore Drive <br />This is a letter that was addressed to Mayor Butler from Mr. <br />Fegers, who is a neighbor of the LaBresh property, on North Shore <br />Drive. As you are aware we had placed that building on hazardous. <br />buildings proceedings late last summer and had been working to <br />get it removed. The structure, except for the basement, has been <br />removed and we originally decided to work with them during their <br />variance procedure to hopefully achieve the most expeditious <br />removal of the existing structure. At the December Planning <br />Commission, however, the issue was laid over to the February <br />Planning Commission meeting and as the structure currently sits <br />does present a safety hazard. We are presently working with the <br />developers of that property in order to make it a safe situation <br />until they have a determination as to the variance request. We <br />have communicated this information to Mr. Fegers and indicated <br />our appreciation for his concern. <br />Should you have any further questions or comments, please feel <br />free to contact me. <br />PROPOSED MOTION - Moved by _, seconded by , that the Council <br />accept report regarding 3580 North Shore Drive.
