OFFICIAL SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NUMBER 20, SECOND SERIES <br />The following is new language added to Section 2.32, <br />Subdivision 3: <br />Subd. 3. Right of Entry. The membecs of the fire, <br />police or other CityWepartme nts shall have the right to enter <br />upon property to investigate a report of or the actual siting of <br />a fire and to take appropriate action to control an illegal fire <br />as defined in Section 9.30 or a legal fire that has been left <br />unsupervised, conducted in an unpermitted area, or which <br />otheriwse poses a threat to the public health, safety, or welfare. <br />A printed copy of the )rdinance is available for inspection by <br />any person at the Office of the City Clerk. <br />Adopted by the City Council this 27th day of January, 1986. <br />Mary C.
