A. The per mittee, or his authorized <br />representative, will be present at any fire so allowed. <br />P. Such burning will be done only when weather <br />conditions are such that resultant smoke will be carried away <br />from the neighboring residences, other affected property owners, <br />or public roadways. <br />C. That such permit be subject to revocation at <br />any time if the City determines that there is a practical, <br />available alternate method for disposal of the material to be <br />burned or that such burning will constitute a fire hazard, a <br />health hazard, or that a traffic hazard would result. <br />D. Occasional permits may be issued following <br />inspection of the site and materials. Annual permit holders must <br />contact the City for an inspection prior to undertaking any <br />burning during the permit period. <br />Subd. 5. Right of E�nnttrry. The members of the fire, <br />police or other City (Tepar tme nts shall have the right to enter <br />upon property to investigate a report of or the actual siting of <br />a fire and to take appropriate action to control an illegal fire <br />as defined in Section 9.38 or a legal fife that has been left <br />unsupervised, conducted in an unpermitted area, or which <br />otherwise poses a threat to the public health, safety, or <br />welfare. <br />Effective Date.
