77-199
Nitz, Inc. -2- July 15, 1977
REMARKS :
Based on the results of the most recent percolation tests,
as well as the satisfactory results indicated by previous
testing in the area, it is our opinion that a suitable
drainfield site with room for expansion exists in the area
to the :southwest of the propo:;ei house.
Based on an average percolation rate of 20 mpi, City require-
ments would necessitate installation of 250 lineal feet of
30-inch wide a► ptive trenches. City requirements indicate
that disposal 1_ :s cannot be placed below the ground surface
by more than 36 inches and the recommended depth i= 24
inches and that lines be no less than 4 feet a►io-c the known
water table.
The drainfield system for this lot can be de-, A u-ing
five 30-inch wide trenches 60-feet in length fAl a 7-i.,t
center to center spacing. Our recommended system design is
also shown on the attached sketch.
If you should have any further questions regarding this
data, l:indj', contact us at your convenience.
Very truly yours,
BRAUN ENGINEEP TF `ING, INC.
• v Q,
Dennis M.
