Zacher: <br />Permits will be issued for the septic system and building construction with the <br />understanding that you, the contractor, comply with zoning and building codes <br />and correct deficiencies in the project which was started without proper permits, <br />licenses and approved septic system by the City Engineer. <br />1. Septic System - I have received a call frost Greg Frank, our engineer, <br />saying the second septic system subodtted for 3060 Farview is <br />approved - 7/28/77. Permit is needed. <br />2. Bulkheads mist be continuously poured. <br />3• Pipe going to septic system must be cast iron if it is to be <br />poured into the footing. <br />4.
