T. P. Shillock Construction Company <br />June 15, 1985 <br />To whom it may concern: <br />This is to verify that the following points are correct: <br />1. T. P. Shillock did construct a home for Mr. and Mrs. Lyle <br />Rahn at 1146 Wildhurst Trail, Orono, Minnesota, during the <br />summer of 1975. <br />2. A variance was approved by the City Council before a building <br />permit was issued for this project. <br />3. Before final inspection, the small cabin which existed would <br />be tern down. <br />4. Mr. Ra n 1 The building <br />nE—ector did sign off the final approval in late October, <br />197�). The R,ahns moved into the home on October =5l, I979. <br />5.
