fiINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING HELD APRIL 22, 1974 <br />Councilman Butler departed the Council Chambers <br />at 10:55 P.I1. and returned at 10:60 P.M. <br />Welsh moved, .Searles seconded, to approve the <br />variance of David Slavik and Donald Schultz, <br />1921 Fagerness Point Road, Plat 42220, <br />Parcel 3700. i4otion, Ayes (3) - Nays (0). <br />Paurus moved, Searles seconded, to approve the <br />variance of John Anderson, 4191 North Shore <br />Drive, Lots 53 & 54, Highwood Lake Minnetonka. <br />Motion, Ayes (3) - Nays (0). <br />Welsh moved, Butler seconded, to approve the <br />variance for Larry Berkland, 3550 Ivy Place, <br />Plat 43480, Parcel 500. Motion, Ayes (4) - <br />Nays (0) . <br />'Ielsh moved, Butler seconded, to approve the <br />variance of Lyle Rahn, 1146 Wildhurst Trail, <br />Lot 26, Tonkaview Gardens, with the access <br />being off of Wildhurst Trail and that the <br />setback on the property will be similar to <br />others with no side yard setbacks being <br />granted. It is also understood that with <br />this approval goes the understanding that <br />the small house that is standing on the <br />Property now will come down. Iiotion, <br />Ayes (4) - Nays (0). <br />Butler moved, Welsh seconded, to approve the <br />variance to Arthur Ahlm, 3550 North Shcre <br />Drive, Plat 42500, Parcel 6600, Lydiard Park, <br />and that a building permit also be granted to <br />this property and the granting of this building <br />permit is a variance to the moratorium and <br />that the hardship in this particular case was <br />considered to be a home already existing on <br />either side of the property and just a few <br />100' were involved. Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0) <br />Butler moved, Searles seconded, to approve the <br />variance for tlanda Rehmann, 4105 Oak Street, <br />Plat 42620, Parcels 3300-3350, :IAinnetnnka <br />Summit Park. It was realized that there was <br />no more land available. It was bounded on <br />three sides by streets and that the septic <br />sewer system is to he approved by the Council <br />when occupancy occurs prior to the sanitary <br />sewer line going in. A variance to the <br />moratorium is hereby granted in this particular <br />case. Motion, Ayes (3) - Nays (1).
