MERTES continued <br />Council stated that they would like the survey to <br />inclucie the location of the house to the south. <br />It was moved by Councilmember Hammerel, seconded by <br />Councilmember Adams, to table this matter until the <br />January 13, 1986 meeting in order to amend the <br />resolution incorporating the 20' setback between homes <br />and pending a survey with location of adjacent house to <br />the south. ,lotion, Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />#994 FRANK KOKESH <br />4100 WATERTOWN ROAD <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />RESOLUTION #1894 <br />City Administrator Bernhardson explained the request for <br />a conditional use permit for a public riding stable. <br />Representing the applicant's was their attorney, Lou <br />Oberhauser. fie noted that the applicant has never <br />rented horses to the public and has had a maximum of 5 <br />full-time employees. fie stated that applicant felt that <br />review of the condtional use permit annuall•l was <br />unnecessary. <br />Zoning Administrator Mabust.h stated that the Planning <br />Commission recommended annual review in order for the <br />city to keep tabs on the operation. <br />It was moved by Councilmemter Frahm, seconded by Mayor <br />Butler, to adopt R--solution #1894 approving the <br />conditional use permit and variance for a public riding <br />stable subject to the following conditions: <br />1. The total number of full and part time employees <br />hired by the applicant's to assist in the <br />commercial horse operation shall not exceed the <br />level of 5 employees except for events covered by a <br />Special Events permit. <br />2. Horses maintained on property shall not exceed <br />the number allowed per Section 10.27 Subd. CA). <br />Motion, Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />CITY BNGINFER'S REPORT: <br />CO*TRACTOR'S ESTIMATE #5 <br />A.R.I. CONTRACTING INC. <br />It was moved by Mayor Butler, seconded by Councilmember <br />Frahm, to approve the Request for Payment. #5 from A.R.I. <br />Contracting Inc. in the amount of $35,887.89 for Crystal <br />Bay Sanitary Sewer improvements.
