;b <br />u <br />TO: Mayor and City Council 11� <br />FROM: Mark Bernhardson, City Administratot` - <br />DATE: December 4, 1985 <br />SUBJECT, Senator Dave Durenberger's Staff visit, THURSDAY, <br />DECEMBER 12, 1985, 1:30 TO 4:00 P.M., ORONO CITY COUNCIL <br />CHAMBERS <br />This is to inform you that Senator Dave Durenberger's staff will <br />be available to the City and the public for discussion regarding <br />matters handled on the federal level at the above referenced timer <br />and place. <br />One of the issues that we will bringing forward to discuss with <br />the staff at that point are the problems that we have encountered <br />in gaining approval for our Community Development Block Grant <br />special assessments program that we have attempted to establish <br />for the Crystal Bay neighborhood. Following discussions with the <br />staff people we will most probably be sending a letter to Senator <br />Durenberger's office together with a copies to Senator Boschwitz <br />and Congressman Sikorski's office. <br />
