Council asked for the following determina- <br />tions: <br />1. Acceptable range for flow rate - Does your application <br />fall within that range? <br />2. Size of wetlands/watershed - Is a watershed of <br />approximately 100 acres within an acceptable range? <br />3. Classification of wetlands - Is the major alteration of <br />this specific type of wetlands within an acceptable range? <br />Council has asked for a survey to determine how many other <br />wetlands areas exist along the lakeshore that may be possible <br />candidates for future application review. <br />Staff is unable to realistically complete the new task <br />defined by Council within the next year. The scope and nature of <br />the defined project will be addressed by the City in 2 years ew <br />part of a required Compiehensive Storm Water Management Project. <br />You may wish to direct your own consultant to independently work <br />-in the project. as Council directed. Staff would be happy to <br />discuss these issues with your consultant. <br />Please call JLf you have any questions on this matter. <br />At an inspection of your decorative pond site I noted <br />changes in contours or elevations that were not noted on the <br />original plans, specifically the area between the pond and road- <br />way.
