City of OR,c)NO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING MUNICIPAL STATE AID HIGHWAYS <br />WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of <br />Orono, that the streets hereinafter described should be <br />designated a Municipal State Aid street under the provisions of <br />Minnesota Laws of 1967 Chapter 162: <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City of Orono that <br />the roads described as follows, to -wit: <br />MSA NO. STREET FROM TO <br />189 Ferndale Road Sixth Ave. No. Wayzata Blvd. <br />(Co. Rd. 6) (T.H. 12) <br />be, and hereby is established, located and designated as <br />Municipal State Aid strk:ets of said City, subject to the approval <br />of the Commissioner of Transportation of the State of Minnesota. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby <br />authorized and directed to forward two certified copies of this <br />resolution to the Commissioner of Transportatior. for his <br />consideration, and that upon his approval of the designation of <br />said roans or portions thereof, that same be constructed, <br />improved end maintained as Municipal State Aid streets of the <br />City of Orono, to be numbered a,id known as Municipal State Aid <br />streets as indicated above. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono at a <br />regular Council meeting on December 9, 198:.�. <br />A rr L::";'r : <br />Dorothy'M.
