LAKE MINNETONKA CONSERVATION DISTRICT ATTACHMENT 1 <br />PARKING STANDARDS <br />LAKE MINNETONKA PUBLIC ACCESSES <br />The Lake Minnetonka Task Force agreed to a gr . of 700 long-term reliable <br />spaces for car -trailer parking i.n the vicinit; of present and future access <br />sites at Lake �,.., ttonka. The Task Farce further recommended that the Lake <br />Minnetonka Conservation District establish an acceptable set of standards <br />for identifying and counting of these spaces and mo:ttor progress toward the <br />goal on a continuing basis. <br />The foll-3wing set of standards has been adopted by the LMCD and the Minne- <br />sota Departc.ant of Natural Resources fQr application to Lake Minnetonka: <br />1. All spaces must be within 1,500 feet of a public cccess point. <br />2.
