Motion, Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />YEAR END MEETING <br />It was moved by Mayor Butler, seconded by Councilmember <br />Frahm, that the Council have a special meeting to consider <br />year end business at 5:00 PM, Monday, December 23, 1985, with <br />the appropriate agenda posted in advance of that meeting. <br />Motion, Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />LIQUOR STORE OPERATIONS <br />It was moved by Councilmember Adams, seconded by <br />Councilmember Hammerel, that discussion regarding -the <br />operation be tabled until December 9,1,985. Motion, Ayes 5, <br />Nays 0. <br />BONESTROO - 1986 FEE SCHEDULE* <br />It was moved by Councilmember Hammerel, seconded by <br />Councilmember Adams, that City Council accept the proposed <br />rates as an amendment to its contract with Bonestroo and <br />Associates for engineering services. Motion, Ayes 5, Nays <br />0. <br />SPATES PUBLIC ACCESS* <br />RESOLUTION #1889 <br />It was moved by Councilmember Hammerel, seconded by <br />Councilmember Adams, that the Council adopt Resolution 51889 <br />to temporarily delay the opening of the Spates Avenue access <br />from 1 December 1985 to 1.5 December 1985. MuLiun, Ayes 5, <br />Nays 0. <br />ADMINISTRATIVE i PERSONNEL RULES* <br />RESOLUTION #1890 <br />It was moves: by Councilmember r:ammerel, seconded by <br />Councilmember Adams, that the City Council adopt the <br />personnel rules as amended by ac'opt.ion of Resolution #1890 <br />which will implement. the rules effective 1 December 1985. <br />Motion, Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />WHITE BEAR ANIMAL CONTROL CONTRACT* <br />It was moved by Councilmember. Hammerel, seconded by <br />Councilmember Adams, that the City Council direct staff to <br />enter into appropriate contractual arrangements with White <br />Bear Animal Control for animal control services for 1986. <br />Motion, Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />REFUND BUILDING PERMIT - CRIS BOLLIS* <br />It. was moved by Councilmember Hammerel, seconded by <br />Counci lmember Adams, that the City of Orono refund $937.75 to <br />Mr. Chi -is Bollis because of double payment for a building <br />permit.
