A copy of this memo and resolution <br />wiel be sent to the applicant for his review and comments prior to the <br />January 9, 1984 meeting. <br />The City Attorney should advise if the City is able to act formally on <br />the Smith application until the ordinance is 'f.icially amended by the <br />March 1, 1984 recodification deadline. <br />
