Construction of addition to rear of structure cannot commence <br />until plat has received final approval. <br />2. A Certificate of occupancy will not be issued until the restaurant <br />is connected to municipal water and the plat has received final <br />approval. <br />3. All construction sr:all be subject to he requirements of the <br />Uniform Building Code and State Fire Code. <br />4. Current owner of property submits his approval of the issuance of <br />the permit prior to final plat approval. <br />Staff has prepared a resolution for your consideration and action if <br />th eaveny plat receives preliminary approval. <br />
