J J <br />According the letter sent, dated July 2, 2012 and our conversation today, there are two options for the <br />property addressed 2215 Bayview Place. (1) Apply for a lot area variance or (2) choose to invoke the <br />state statute and build without a lot area variance, but be limited to 25% hardcover of the entire lot. <br />If you decide to pursue the lot area variance, I have attached our variance application.
