The property owner(s) have <br />applied for a subdivision amendment to allow an easement for driveway purposes over <br />Lot 2 in favor of Lot 1. <br />The Planning Commission will hold a pubic hearing on: <br />October 19, 1998 <br />at 6:30 p .m. <br />in the Council Chambers at 2780 Kelley Parkway in Orono. <br />Any party may appear at the hearing in person, by agent or attorney. A draft copy of <br />the Planning Commission agenda is enclosed.
