Lot 3 is vacant and <br />Lot 1 is under construction. <br />The private driveway easement does not comply with the approval <br />resolution for the final plat. The final plat showed an outlot for all <br />three lots along Bayside Road. The driveway for Lot 1 was to <br />be located off of the end of the outlot, not via an easement across <br />the adjacent property. <br />This application is to accept a rev1s1on or amendment to the final <br />plat resolution. Staff was not in favor of a private easement.
