Legal review and filing fees for subdivision and associated documents = <br />$200.00 <br />*Park dedication fee shall be determined as soon as City Assessor has placed a <br />fair market value on the undeveloped land at the time of preliminary plat <br />approval. The subdivider shall be advised as soon as Assessor's report has been <br />filed with City.
