The site is <br />located in the southeast corner of the intersection of Bayside Road (C.R.84) and North Shore Drive <br />West (C.R.19) in the north half of Section 6. Based on a site visit and a review of the Certificate of <br />Survey, we have the following comments in regards to engineering matters. <br />1. Access: The revised driveway alignment across the proposed easement appears to be acceptable <br />from an engineering standpoint.
