The plat mylars, resolutions and related documents were released to your <br />representative for filing on December 10, 2014 . <br />Please note, the City's attorney and engineer have spent time in review of this plat, and have prepared <br />documents for recording. The costs to do so will be passed through to you in accordance with the <br />Preliminary and Final Plat Escrow Agreement ( enclosed). Bills received by you should be paid in full to <br />the City. The escrow refund requires City Council approval and staff will follow the normal twice monthly <br />meeting schedule for release once all bills have been paid. <br />If you desire certified copies of the official Council minutes , they are available from the City <br />Clerk after review and approval by the City Council.
