CITY OF ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. _ _____.,..._4~7 -W-8 __ <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLAT OF <br />BAYSIDE BERRY FARM <br />FILE #14-3703 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and existing <br />under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono (hereinafter "City Council") has <br />adopted subdivision and land development regulations for the orderly, economic and safe <br />development of land within the City; and <br />WHEREAS, on November 10, 2014, the City Council adopted Resolution No. <br />6462 granting Preliminary Plat Approval for the proposed subdivision of the Property into two <br />single family residential lots; and <br />WHEREAS, on December 8, 2014, the City Council considered the application by <br />the developers Peter Rennebohm and Sharon Rennebohm, a married couple (hereinafter the <br />"Owners") for subdivision of the property addressed 4565 Bayside Road within the City of Orono <br />(hereinafter the "City") and legally described as The Northwest Quarter of the Northeast <br />Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 6, Township 117 North, Range 23 West of the <br />5th Principal Meridian, Hennepin County, Minnesota (hereinafter the "Property"); and <br />WHEREAS, the Owners have completed or have agreed to complete all other <br />requirements of the platting regulations of the City including: <br />1. Completion of all platting requirements of Preliminary Plat Resolution No. 6462. <br />2. Dedication on the plat of Drainage and Utility Easements as required in Resolution No. <br />6462. <br />3. Dedication of on the plat of Drainage Easements over the wetlands delineated on the <br />Property as required in Resolution No. 6462. <br />4. Dedication of all Wetland Easements as required in Resolution No. 6462. <br />5. Dedication of a Public Trail Easement over the northerly 10 feet of the Property. <br />6. Provision to the City of a title opinion for the Property and certified copies of all recorded <br />easements currently affecting the Property. <br />7. Payment of Park Dedication Fee in the amount of $5,550.00. <br />Page 1 of 2
