Please find enclosed the following <br />documents regarding the plat of Bayside Berry Farm. The following documents must be recorded in the <br />order indicated below per the City Attorney Soren Mattick and prior to the sale and recording of the <br />Doubek's mortgage. <br />1. Resolution No. 6478 -Approving the Plat of Bayside Berry Farm (enclosed); <br />2. Plat Mylar (enclosed); <br />3. Grant of Permanent Flowage and Conservation Easement and Restrictive Covenant for Wetlands <br />(previously sent to the developer); <br />4. Trail Easement (previously sent to the developer); <br />5. Restrictive Covenant for Protection of Sewage Treatment Sites (previously sent to the <br />developer). <br />Upon recording please provide the City with copies of the stamped, recorded documents and recording <br />numbers so that we may allow the developer to begin work on the property.
