Geffre of 4665 Bayside Road and Robert S. Olson: Lot 1, Block 2 and Outiots A, B, <br />C and D, Bayview Farms Second Addirion, Hennepin County, Minnesora; and for a vacation * <br />of that portion of the 10' wide drainage and ucilicy easements cemered on the adjoining lot line <br />berween Lot 1, Block 2 and Ourlor C, Bayview Farms Second Addition, described as follows: <br />Beginning at the southwest corner of said Lot 1, thence north 89° 45' 00" east a <br />disrance of 148.50 feet, thence south 00° 36' 38" east a distance 35.00 feet and <br />there terminating. <br />All persons \vishing to be heard will appear at this time.
