Provide three copies of a Certificate of Survey per the survey by Raymond A. <br />Prasch of Lot Surveys Company, Inc. dated May 22, 1995, with the revision of the <br />south lot line as noted in Item 1 under Notes and S ecial Conditions above. On <br />the survey, provide signature Ii or all property own an interest in the <br />subject properties (spouses, tc.; signature lines must be signed), e Mayor, City <br />Clerk, and date of final app~------- <br />C. Provide two copies of survey at a scale of 1 11 = 200' for City records. <br />D. The property owners must complete the appropriate combination forms at City <br />offices upon final approval of the subdivision, per the legal descriptions for "Parcel <br />A II and "Parcel B II noted on said survey. <br />J E. Submit copies of signed drainage and utility easements (City will provide document <br />format, your surveyor must provide legal descriptions). <br />F. Submit copy of signed and notarized Oversize Accessory Structure Covenant <br />document (Geffre). <br />All final submittals must be submitted to this office ten days before the meeting at which Council <br />will grant final subdivision approval. The Council meets on the second and fourth Mondays of <br />the month. Regular meetings are rescheduled if they conflict with a national holiday. <br />Applicant's next scheduled meeting is dependent upon receipt of the information noted above. <br />Deadline for the October 23 meeting is October 13 (or November 3 for the November 13 Council <br />meeting). <br />If you desire certified copies of the official Planning Commission minutes, they are available from <br />the City Recorder after review and approval by the Planning Commission. <br />lsv
