City of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE Ci T Y COUNCIL <br />NO. <br />A RESOLUTION AMENDING <br />RESOLUTION i593 DETERMINING <br />THE OPENING DATE OF THE SPATZS AVENUE <br />LAKE ACCESS FOR 1985 <br />WHEREAS, on April 22, 1985 the Orono City Council set <br />the opening date for the Spates Avenue access at December 1 each <br />year; and <br />WHF.RAS, it has been determined that there has been <br />fencing adjar tit to the access that causes site distance problems <br />for exiting ie access. <br />NOW, ThEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the opening date for the <br />Spates Avenue access be set at December 15, 1985 in order to <br />allow removal of the obstructing portion of the fence and that in <br />subsequent years the original opening of December 1 be rein- <br />stated. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono at a <br />regular Council meeting on November 25, 1.985 by a vote of <br />.___.._._Ayes, ___^TNayes. <br />ATTEST: <br />Dorothy M.
