t" <br />TO: Mayor and City Council <br />FROM: Mark Bernhardson, City Administratorlt'6 <br />' <br />DATE: November 21, 1985 r' , <br />SUBJECT: Year End Meeting Date <br />Traditionally the <br />City has <br />only held one meeting in December <br />however. <br />because <br />of the change <br />in the insurance markets it <br />presently <br />does not <br />look as if <br />the City will have appropriate data <br />to award <br />quotations <br />for insurance <br />prior to its December 9th <br />meeting. <br />Based on <br />this plus <br />appropriatness of having a meeting <br />to pay year <br />end bills, it is <br />requested that a special meeting be <br />held for <br />no more <br />than half <br />an hour at 5:00 p.m., on Monday, <br />December, <br />23, 1985. <br />PROPOSED MOTION - Moved by second by _ that the Council <br />have a special meeting to consider year end business at 5:00 <br />p.m., Monday, December 23, 1985, with the appropriate agenda <br />posted in advance of that meeting.
