November 25, 1985 <br />Petition to city of Orono, Minnesota <br />Public Hearing November 25, 1985 r C 4A) <br />We the ,indersigned object to "limiting the use of the city's <br />public access to motorized vehicles, between lots 23 and 24 <br />Highwood - take Minnetonka. <br />The property owners on the north side of Highwood Road were <br />granted the priviledge of this access when the properties were <br />purchased. The only abuse ever generated from this privil.edge <br />was a property owner on the access, as the city's records will. <br />show. <br />Without this access it is necessary to "trailer" to another <br />public access for use on the lake for recreation, or to another <br />area completely.
