Due to the fact that it is much more defined <br />then the alley itself, it has frequently been mistaken for the alley. <br />This has further iri reased the trespassing upon Mr. Halverson's <br />property. For these reasons, Mr. K-4'.verson requests that the City <br />Council take the following action: <br />1. Vacate the Alley <br />a. Tie City vxxild have no further obligation to maintain the alley. <br />b. The City would not be liable for any personal injuries sustained <br />in the alley. <br />c. 1he property would be, 1xit back on the tax rolls. <br />d.
