Officet Frierd? v Program Phase I <br />yc,u completed in November. <br />As usual, you put on an excellant program and I know <br />you have lots of preparation you do not get recognition <br />for. <br />I had occasion to meet with about ten parents recently <br />on other matters and several family's took the occasion <br />to thank the department and you by s=•ling this prograrr <br />is by far the best thing the department does in <br />public relations. <br />My personal thanks to you and the fine job you are doing. <br />
