D. Local Access Promotion <br />Pre lim3naryTdeas on promoting public access and non-profit access corporations <br />were discussed. It was decided that it would be best to put this item on the <br />Agenda for the tull LHLCC meeting in November tc get more input. <br />V. NLW BUSINESS <br />Chair Olds brought up the future possibility of trying to attract Mound and <br />Wayzata into the jurisdiction of the LMCCC Administrative group or joining t _ <br />LMCCC as a member.once the LMCCC was more active and had something to show them. <br />Chanhassen and Maple Plain were also discussed as possibilities for the future. <br />Kirk McDonald, City Manager of Tonka Bay was introduced. Ile had beeii involved <br />in Mankato with public access , was interested in the LMCCC and said he was willing <br />to serve on a committee and help get public access off the ground here. <br />Gagne brought up complaints over the Dow -Sat coupon billing system. It was <br />agreed upon to write Uow-Sat to inform them of the complaints the LMCCC had re- <br />ceived from its constituents. <br />VI. ADJOURN <br />Motion 10.23.85.6 Motion by Hoseth to adjourn the meeting, seconded by <br />Gagne.Vote: non mous. Meeting adjourned at 9:20 p.m. <br />
