EtING <br />DATE: November 18, 1985 <br />TO: Mark Bernhardson, City Administrator y� <br />FROM: Melvin Kilbo, Chief of Police <br />SUBJECT: Animal Contract 1986 <br />I have reviewed the proposed contact with White Bear <br />Animal Control for 1986. <br />Among the changes are a price increase of 7% across <br />the board, which are within budgeted limits, and the <br />fact that the City is liable for veterinary bills for <br />unclaimed animals requirinq medical attention up to a <br />limit of $25.00. (Section 11) <br />I would suqqest we change the cancellation period <br />from 30 days to 10 days. <br />We will keep close scrutiny on White Bear Animal <br />Control operations. <br />I recomriend we continue this contract. for 1986. <br />TO: Mayor Butler and Orono Council Members <br />From: Mark E.
