It was moved by Councilmember Iammerel, seconded by Councilmember Adams, the City Council hereby authorizes expenditure of up to $2,500 for removal of the house at 1290 Spruce Place and that the assessment be placed against the property so that. the City may recover its demolition .:ost upon sale of the property.
