NO. � � � � <br /> ��_ <br /> A RESOLUTION GRANTING AN EXTENSION OF <br /> APPROVAL FOR REARRANGEMENT <br /> OF A COMMON PROPERTY LINE <br /> FILE NO. 2615 <br /> WHEREAS, on October 9, 2000 the City Council of the City of Orono adopted <br /> Resolution No. 4534 granting approval of a rearrangement of a common property line involving <br /> the properties located at 879 Brown Road South; and <br /> � WHEREAS,the applicants have provided the revised legal descriptions for the <br /> new property lines; and <br /> � WHEREAS,the effective period for subdivision approval requires extension <br /> prior to recording the new property descriptions; and <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br /> Orono that the effective period of subdivision approval for DSR Investments,L.L.C. for property <br /> located at 879 Brown Road North as originally approved per the conditions of Resolution No. <br /> 4534, adopted on October 9, 2000, and extended to February 27, 2002, is hereby further extended <br /> to May 31, 2002. <br /> • Page 1 of 2 � <br />
