The on -site sewage <br />treatment system at the above address has been insFected and appears to fall into the category checked below. <br />(This is 14 an exr.••ng system L1 new construction) <br />U1 i Mesh or exceeds current City standards in all respects relating to design, construction, and location. Appears to be operating <br />properly. <br />2 Does not meet all current City standards for new co, truction (1978 Code) but in most respects appears to be designed, <br />located, and constructed generally in accordance with pre% ous codes. System appears to be functioning properly; no asajor <br />upgrading of the systen is renuired a::1is time. <br />3 noes not meet current City standards in many respects relating Ict design, construction or acation.
