W- eviewed the above plat <br />and make the following recommendations: <br />- Based on the Hennepin County layout dated 8-27-84 approved by the City of <br />Orono for the improvement of CSAH 15, the developer should dedicate the <br />addit.i cnal right of way shown or. Attachment i . <br />- 9ny revisior to the existing access requires an approved Hennepin County <br />entrance permit before beginning any construction. See our Mai:-.ter:arce <br />Division for entrance permit forms. <br />R6,ki6i <br />- All proposed construction within County right of way requires an approved <br />utility permit prior to beginning construction. This includes, but is not <br />limited to, drainage and utility construction, trail development and <br />landscaping.
