I have received nothing in <br />writinc; concerning thin special request from the owner and applicant. In <br />the past. the Coun--i1 has approved issuing huildinq permits for single <br />family residential conatruc.tion prior to ground freeze up. <br />In this case we have an existing structure and the pressure of an <br />opening deadline schedule for the future owner. The work will consist of <br />interior remodel and cosmetic repairs of the exterior. There is a small <br />addition to the south side: of the structure for the freezer area. Council <br />may not wish to issue a permit that would cover this addition until the <br />plat is finalized. <br />Staff would recommend issuing a buildinq permit to John Lamb.in subject <br />to the following conditions: <br />1. Construction of addition to rear of structure cannot commence <br />until plat has received final approval. <br />2. A Certificate of Occupancy will not be issued until the restaurant <br />is connected to municipal water and the Eclat has received final <br />approval. <br />3. All construction shall be subject to the r-quirements of the <br />Uniform Ruilding Code and State Fire Code. <br />4. Currf-Tlt owner of property submits his approval of the issuance of <br />the permit prior to final plat approval. <br />Direct staff to pre•sare a resolution for either denial of approval for <br />your meeting of November 25th, 1965. <br />
