('ity of ORONO <br />' RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />s' <br />NO. <br />s rt <br />WHEREAS, the subdivider has completed all requirements <br />of the City for neLes and bounds subdivision for division and <br />combination purposes. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT RESOLVED, that the City Council <br />of the City of Orono hereby approves the metes and bounds <br />division of a lot line rearrangement for Shirley C. McWilliams as <br />shown on the Certificate of Survey by Bruce R. Kelley dated <br />October 15, 1985 (revised) and attached to this resolution <br />subject to the following conditions: <br />1. Upon approve-l. of the sut•14-vision by the City Council of <br />Orono, the owner of Parcel C as described in the Certificate <br />of Survey referenced above must apply to the City for legal <br />combination for tax purposes with Parcel B as described in <br />that same survey. <br />2. The aforesaid division as shown c �he atach--.: <br />Certificate of Sur ey shell be filed by th. ty of Orono <br />with the Hennepin County i„corder's Office on )r before May <br />12, 1986 together wit' certified original copy of this <br />resolution. <br />The approval granted by this Resolution shall expire if <br />the division his n:t �n filed by the date specified above.
