PAGE 9 <br />HARDCOVER* <br />PERSONNEL RULES* <br />It was moved by Councilmember Adams, seconded by <br />Councilmember Frahm, that the City Council accept status <br />report of staf f on the issue of hardcover adn that they table <br />the issue until the Council meeting of November 25, 1985. <br />Motion, Ayes 4, Nays 0. <br />It was moved by Councilmember Adams, seconded by <br />Councilmember Frahm, City Council table the issue of <br />personnel rules until its meeting of November 12, 1985. <br />Motion, Ayes 4, Nays 0. <br />1986 BUDGET DOCUMENT APPROVAL* <br />LIQUOR SALES* <br />FIREARMS EXCHANGE* <br />It was moved by Councilmember Adams, seconded by <br />Councilmember Frahm, that the City Council of the City of <br />Orono formally adopt their 1986 budget document as set forth <br />in the attached document. Motion, Ayes 4, Nays 0. <br />It was moved by Councilmember Adams, seconded by <br />Councilmember Frahm, that the City Council adopt a report of. <br />Liquor Store sales for the first. 9 months of 1985. Motion, <br />Ayes 4, Nays 0. <br />It was moved by Councilmember Adams, seconded by <br />Councilmember Frahm, City Council hereby authorize the Orono <br />City staff to make the appropriate exchange of weapons as <br />outlined deem it an appropriate exchange resulting in <br />acquisition of approximately $850.00 worth of merchandise <br />for items not currently able to be used by the Police <br />Department. Motion, Ayes 4, Nays v. <br />REQUEST FOR REFUND* <br />WITHDRAWAL OF APPLICATION #969 <br />It was moved by Councilmember Adams, seconded t# <br />Councilmember Frahm, to approve a rFfund of $135.00 tc, Ro:.lie <br />Martin on application 4969 which the applicant with Irew from <br />action by the City. Motion, Ayes 4, Nays 0. <br />CRYSTAL BAY SEWER PROJECT* <br />It was moved by Councilmember Adams, seconded by <br />Councilmember. Frahm, that the City Council accept delay of <br />surfacing of the streets in the Crystal Flay sewer project <br />until spring of 1986. Motion, Ayes 4, Nays 0. <br />ADDITION TO DELINQUENT SEWER/* <br />HATER ASSESSMENT ROLL <br />It was moved by Councilmember Adams, seconded by <br />Counci lmember Frahm, to amend the 1985 delinquent sewer and <br />water assessment roll to include $498.88 on P.I.D. 17-117-23 <br />44 0098. Motion, Ayes 4, Nays 0. <br />
