Rovegno (hereinafter "the <br />applicant") is the owner of the property located at 2010 <br />Shoreline Drive within the City of Orono (hereinafter "City") and <br />legally described as follows: <br />Ali that part of the Northeast quarter of the Southwest <br />quarter and Government Lot 3, Section 10, Township 117 <br />North, Range 23 west. of the 5th Prinicipal Meridian, <br />described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of <br />Lot 6 of Elbridge S.
