Nays 0. <br />1986 BUDGET DOCUMENT APPROVAL* <br />LIQUOR SALES* <br />PIP&kRMS EXCBAYGE* <br />It was moved by Councilmember Adams, seconded by <br />Councilmember Frahm, that. the City Council of the City of <br />Orono formally adopt their 1986 budget document as set forth <br />in the attached document. Motion, Ayes 4, Nays 0. <br />It was moves. by Councilmember Adams, seconded by <br />Counci lmember Frahm, that the Ci t.y Council adopt a report of <br />L.igiior Store sales for the first 9 months of 1985. Mot,.on, <br />Ayes 4, Nays 0. <br />It was moved by ancilmember Adams, seconded by <br />Councilmember. :Frahm, City Council hcr-by authorize the Orono <br />City staff to make the appropriate exchAnge of weapons as <br />outlined deem it an appropriate exchange rFsulting in <br />acquisition of approximately $850.00 wont* merchandise <br />for items not currently able to be used by the Police <br />Department. Motion, Ayes 4, trays 0. <br />RRWHST FOR REFUND* <br />WITHDRAWAI. OF APPLICATION #969 <br />It was moved by Councilmember Adams, secoro ed by <br />Councilmember Frahm, i.o ap^rove a refund of $1 35. 00 to Rollie <br />Martin on appl ication 196, which the applicant withdrew from <br />action by the City. Motion, Ayes 4, Nays 0. <br />CRYSTAI. HAY SEWER PROJECT* <br />It. wr.s moved t.y Councilmember Adams, seconded by <br />Councilmember Frahm, that the City 'Counci 1 accept delay of <br />surfacing of the streets in the Crystal Hay sewer project <br />until spring of 1986.
