Pula, 2015 Webber Hills Road - <br />Conditional Use Permit - Aiteration of floor plans to <br />meet City's policy concerning non -rental apartment <br />units. <br />Staff met at the site with Mr. Pula. Access to the apart- <br />ment was originally planned through the garage, applicant was <br />advised that both code and the City would not approve. An <br />interior access via the sewing room on the first floor was agreed <br />upon. Fire code will require that the stairway to the apartment <br />located within the garage area be enclosed. <br />Code does not require doors at either the entrance to the <br />sewing room or second f i -nor apartment. Council has asked that <br />doors be eliminated if code permits in consideration of the <br />previous requirements made of appiicants seeking guest apartment <br />use. <br />Review the enclosed plans modified by staff. The approving <br />resolution has been drafted to include ttiese alterations. <br />
